To buy Boots Diabetes Travel Insurance:

  • You must have your main home in the UK, have a UK National Insurance number and be registered with a medical practitioner in the UK at the time you buy your policy
  • You must not have already started your trip
  • Cover is not provided for cruising or winter sports unless the appropriate premium has been paid.

  • Cover is not provided for claims due to a medical condition or illness that was known about at the time of taking out your policy or booking your trip, whichever is later, unless all conditions have been declared to us and cover accepted by us in writing.
  • Cover is not provided for travel to areas where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office have advised against all but essential travel.
